I hold a PhD in Biochemistry (2021) from Universidade de São Paulo. During my PhD, I used mass spectrometry-based proteomics techniques to investigate photochemical processes associated with skin tumorigenesis and aging. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Center of Excellence in New Target Discovery (Instituto Butantan/GlaxoSmithKline). I am currently investigating new molecular targets and pathways involved in the progression of osteoarthritis using mass spectrometry-based proteomics approaches. I am interested mainly in the following themes: proteomics, mass spectrometry, subcellular proteomics and systems biology. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
