I hold a PhD in Biochemistry (2021) and a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (2016) from Universidade de São Paulo. During my PhD, I used mass spectrometry-based proteomics techniques to investigate photochemical processes associated with skin tumorigenesis and aging. Currently, I work as a post-doc researcher at the Center of Excellence in New Target Discovery (Instituto Butantan/GlaxoSmithKline). There, I am currently investigating new molecular targets and pathways involved in the progression of osteoarthritis using mass spectrometry-based proteomics approaches.
