Reseacher and musician (double bass player) Migue Antar fulfilled his graduate studies, master?s and PhD degree at the Music Department of the School of Communication and Arts at the University of São Paulo (ECA-USP). At the Ateneo Paraguayo, he obtained his first certification as a musician. Member of the Núcleo de Pesquisas em Sonologia (NuSom) at ECA-USP and the Orquestra Errante, an experimental music ensemble linked to NuSom. Is also a member of the Paraguayan Virtual Musicological Society. He develops research on Paraguayan Music, Technological Mediation and Multidisciplinary Creation Processes. As a double bass player he is part of the groups Ôctôctô, Joaju Cuarteto, Filarmônica de Pasárgada and KairosPania Cia. Cênico Sonora. His discography as an instrumentalist up to 2021 has 15 albums and he took part in several festivals in countries like Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, England, Germany, Luxembourg, Paraguay, Portugal, United States and Uruguay.
