Im a biologist (BSc, 2009) and zoologist (MSc, 2013) from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), and I hold a PhD in Biological Sciences with a focus on Zoology (2018) from São Paulo State University (UNESP). My research brings together bioacoustics, molecular phylogeny, and morphology to explore the diversity and evolution of Neotropical amphibians and reptiles. Right now, Im a FAPESP Technical Training Fellow (TT5) at the Laboratory of Natural History of Brazilian Amphibians (LaHNAB) and a Visiting Researcher at UNICAMPs Institute of Biology, working with Dr. Luís Felipe Toledo. My current focus is on molecular biology and bioinformatics of amphibians and their pathogens. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
