Currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University of São Paulo (USP), he also has a degree in Computer Science at IME-USP, studied Philosophy at FFLCH-USP and has a B.A. in Journalism (Faculdade Cásper Líbero - 2005). He has been a visiting scholar at the University of California, Santa Barbara, under supervision of Prof. Matthew Turk and Prof. Tobias Höllerer.
