Gabriel Francisco Lemos is a composer, sound artist and teacher. Graduated in Visual Arts at Centro Universitário Belas Artes e Composition at UNESP, in 2018 he obtained the title of Master in Musicology and Aesthetics at Instituto de Artes UNESP, with support from FAPESP. He has performed and had compositions premiered at several festivals and events in Brazil, London, Chile, Monaco and Portugal. Between 2013 and 2016, he collaborated with the Percussion Group of the University of São Paulo (PIAP), composing percussion pieces for ensemble and organizing concerts. Currently he works at the intersection between instrumental, electronic composition and sound art in different contexts. Together with the Art and Artificial Intelligence Group (G.A.I.A - Inova USP) he develops projects that combine computer vision, sound synthesis and algorithmic musical composition.
