Undergraduate course at the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo (FATEC/SP, 2003) in Mechanical Engineering. Master's and Doctorate at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA, 2008 and 2013). Doctorate with internship at the Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal (IST, ULisboa, 2012). Post-Doctoral internship at the Centre for Additive Manufacturing, University of Nottingham, United Kingdom (2018). Professor at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology. Has interests in Structural Optimization, Composite Materials and Additive Manufacturing. Since 2016 is the head of the GPMA (Research Group in Additive Manufacturing at ITA) which has as goal to explore additive manufacturing technologies, investigating and broadening applications, with interest on high performance materials like 3D printed polymers reinforced by high performance fibres.
