PhD in Administration from the University of São Paulo, FEA USP, 2012. Master in Administration from the University of São Paulo, FEA RP USP, 2007. Graduated in Administration from the Federal University of Lavras, UFLA, 2005. She is currently director of the Postgraduate Program degree in Administration from Universidade Nove de Julho, PPGA UNINOVE (concept 6 in the last CAPES quadrennial assessment), and professor of the Master's and Doctorate courses in Administration, Line of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Business (IEN). Also at UNINOVE she is a permanent professor of the Postgraduate Program in Project Management, PPGP, and chairs the Local Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (CLAA) of the Tutorial Education Program (PET). She was Coordinator of the Undergraduate Administration Course at UNINOVE, 2010-2014, and participated in the Research Ethics Committee, 2022-2023. She is a member of the Organizing Committee of SINGEP CIK, an international event promoted by UNINOVE in partnership with the research institute CIK-USA. She is editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Innovation (IJI), associate editor of Innovation Management Review (IMR), and associate editor of IEEE Engineering Management Review. She participates in the EGEPE theme Innovation, startups, entrepreneurship and small organizations. She was leader of the Theme of Innovation and Digital Transformation in Emerging Market Organizations of the Academic Division Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (ITE) of ANPAD (2018-2022). She leads the Socio-Environmental Management and Innovation Theme at EMPRAD (USP). She is a member of the scientific committee of the Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (ITE) Academic Division of ANPAD. She is a member of the scientific committee of the International Forum on Management-IFM (Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, Portugal). He is the leader of the CNPq Research Group, entitled Innovation Strategy, and within the group he coordinated research projects funded by CAPES (1-PROEX 88887.844899/2023-00 and 2-PROEXT 33092010), by CNPq (1- CNPq Bolsa Project 1D 309305/2023-3, 2-Project CNPq Scholarship PQ2 309294/2019-3, 3-Project CNPq Universal 422922/2018-8 and 4-Project CNPq Social Sciences 471875/2014-7) and by FAPESP (1-Process 2019 /20222-4, 2-Process 2006/54755-9 and Process 2023/12389-1). Coordinates in Brazil the International Project (202402) Dark personality and intention to become social entrepreneurs in Latin America, involving the institutions IPADE - Mexico (General coordination - Prof. Dr. Asghar Afshar), UNINOVE - Brazil, EPC - Bolivia, PUC de Valparaíso - Chile, UPEC - Ecuador and UNS - Peru. He has experience in the area of Administration and his main research themes are: dynamic capabilities, relational capacity, absorptive capacity, company-university-government cooperation, internationalization of innovation, entrepreneurial ecosystems, networks and technological routes.
