Dietitian graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Methodist University of Piracicaba - UNIMEP (2004 - 2007). Participated as a collaborating researcher in nutritional epidemiology study of Public Health School of the University of São Paulo - USP(2009). Has specialization degree in "Nutritional Approach in Endocrine and Metabolic Diseases" by the professional development program of the Department of Clinical Medicine, Universidade Estadual Paulista "Julio de Mesquita Filho" - UNESP / Botucatu. Has completed her master's degree (2011-2013) and her Ph.D. (2013-2017) in Food and Nutrition from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP, Araraquara Campus, with enphasis in Nutritional Sciences. Holds a doctorate sandwich at the Biotechnology Center of the University of Wisconsin / USA - city of Madison / WI (Aug. 2016 - Feb. 2017). Held postdoctoral studies in the area of Health Sciences by the Institute of Biosciences of Botucatu - UNESP. Worked in the SANS Network team, collaborating in the activities of the Center for Science and Technology for Sovereignty and Food and Nutrition Security of UNESP, INTERSSAN. Currently, is hired as a research associate in the department of neurology at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, USA, where she develops research on ketogenic diet in individuals with epilepsy.
