I seek to apply the knowledge acquired in analytical methods of macromolecules in the research and development of new products through bioprospecting of medicinal compounds / cosmetics. Innovative methods such as liquid and / or gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy allow fine prospecting of the raw material, provide a refined quality control and add value to the product. Post-doctorate in Molecular Biology by Unesp-RC (2018). PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology developed at the Laboratory of Structural and Biochemical Biology (CEIS / IB / UNESP - Rio Claro) (2017). He holds a master's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from UNESP-RC (2013). Graduation in Biological Sciences with emphasis in Biotechnology by the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP - Rio Claro) (2010). I have experience in the field of Biochemistry and Structural Biology, specializing in analytical methods, working mainly on the following topics: characterization and purification of proteins and peptides using high and low pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, two-dimensional electrophoresis, electrotransference, immunodetection , biological assays such as hemolysis, chemotaxis, antibiosis and mast cell degranulation, mass spectrometry and proteomic bioinformatics. Experience in mass spectrometers such as Maldi-ToF-ToF, LC / MS IT-ToF, amaZon speed ETD, micrOTOF-Q III and Orbitrap. I also work on the development of the MALDI Imaging technique using ChIP-1000. I recently completed a memory and learning project on Apis mellifera bees through the use of shotgun proteomic analysis, label and label-free quantification, native electrophoresis, molecular imaging and metabolomics. Developed part of my doctorate at the University of Vienna, at Gert Lubec's Proteomics Laboratory in Vienna, Austria where I developed membrane protein studies and isolation of nerve receptors.
