Postdoctoral degree in Applied Microbiology funded by Petrobras University, at the Center for the Study of Social Insects, CEIS, UNESP RC, SP. I am currently a researcher at the Microbial Resources Division, CPQBA/UNICAMP; curator of the Brazilian Collection of Environmental and Industrial Microorganisms / CBMAI; Coordinator of the PATGE Committee/UNICAMP and member of the Biotechnology Special Studies Commission (ABNT / CEE-276) . Also a permanent professor of the Graduate Program of the Institute of Biosciences of UNESP / RC at the Applied Microbiology area and tutor at the Postgraduate Program in Biosciences and Technology of Bioactive Products, Institute of Biology, UNICAMP.I collaborate at the Center for Environmental Studies - CEA / UNESP, responsible for the Environmental Microbiology Laboratory - LMA. I have experience in Microbiology, focusing on Mycology, mainly taxonomy of filamentous fungi and black yeast, bioremediation and molecular biology of melanized and endophytic fungi, aiming to prospect bioactive molecules of agricultural and pharmaceutical application. I also work with quality and management of microbial culture collections. My projects are in partnership with: Federal University of Paraná, UFPR; Adolfo Lutz Institute, RC, SP; Santa Catarina State University; Faculty of Agricultural Engineering - FEAGRI, Unicamp; the International Center for Fungal Biodiversity- Westerdijk Institute (Centraalbureau voor Schimmelcultures, CBS), Utrecht, NL and the University of Minho, Portugal.
