PhD in Sciences from the Agricultural Systems Engineering program at USP-ESALQ (2017) with a sandwich period at the University of Massachusetts (USA - 2015), Master's degree in Biological Diversity and Conservation from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar, Sorocaba - SP) (2012), and Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a focus on Coastal Management from São Paulo State University (UNESP - Campus of the São Paulo Coast, São Vicente - SP) (2008). She is a professor in the Graduate Programs in Planning and Use of Renewable Resources and Sustainability in Environmental Management at UFSCar-Sorocaba, responsible for the courses "Introduction to Geoprocessing applied to environmental studies" and "Environmental Law". She was a substitute professor in the Department of Biodiversity - UNESP Rio Claro (2021-2022), responsible for the courses in Environmental Legislation; Environmental Legislation, Ethics, and Professional Practice; Management of Wildlife Areas; Methodologies for Environmental Impact Studies; Human Ecology; and General Seminars at UNESP Rio Claro. She conducts research in the areas of Environmental Planning, Applied Ecology, Geoprocessing, Land Use and Land Cover Change, Protected Areas, Biodiversity Conservation, Watershed Management, Water Resources, Hydrological Modeling, Priority Areas for Conservation and Restoration, Environmental Policies, and Forest Code.
