As for the academic career, Professor Celio is pharmacist by FCF-USP; Master and Doctor in Biochemistry by IQ-USP; Habilitated Professor on Medical Microbiology by FMRP-USP; Full Professor on Immunology by FMRP-USP; Post-doctorship in the National Institute for Medical Research in London; Specialization on Scientific Press (480 hours) and Specialization on Strategic Management of Technological Innovation (360 hours) at UNICAMP. As for scientific activities, he has published more than 200 original papers in scientific magazines with high impact index, including Nature, author of several chapters of scientific books, author of 12 patents on products and processes in biotechnology and nanotechnology areas, he has also oriented 23 doctorship theses and 25 mastership dissertations and has been supervisor of works of 18 post-doctors.
