Anuska received her Biological Sciences degree (2007) from UNESP´s Bauru School of Sciences, São Paulo State University, Brazil and she argued her PhD thesis (2013) at Graduate Studies Program in Microbiology and Immunology of Paulista Medical School, Federal University of São Paulo, Brazil. She was a postdoctoral fellow at Paulista University (2013-2017) and at Cruzeiro do Sul University (2017-current). Currently, she is a Full Professor at Graduate Studies Program in Environmental and Experimental Pathology, Research Center from Paulista University, Brazil. She has experience in Immunology and Microbiology, focusing on Cellular Immunology, Immunopathology, Immune regulation, Immunometabolism, Autoimmunity, Parasite-host relationship, immune response in infections, acting on the following subjects: type 1 diabetes, cell therapy, B-1 cells, immune system in diseases and fungal infections.
