I am Associate Professor at Environmental Health Department, School of Public Health, University of São Paulo, and visiting researcher at University of York (UK). I hold a PhD in Environment and Society (University of Campinas, UNICAMP). I co-head the research group Environment and Society (Institute of Advanced Studies IEA USP) and CIRIS - Governance, Risk and Communication (USP/Unicamp), and integrate the Interdisciplinary Climate Investigation Center - INCLINE/USP. My current research program focuses on the human dimension of climate change; crises, risks and uncertainties; science-policy-communication interactions; global health and sustainability.
