- More than 15 years of experience in multinational companies, working with Research and Development of agrochemicals (Syngenta, Adama and UPL).- Specialist on weed science, herbicide development and weed resistance management at the main agricultural crops in Brazil, holds a PhD from UNESP (Botucatu / SP, Brazil), with part of the PhD at USDA (Oxford / MS, USA).- Patents Papers: Fourteen patent applications published in more than 25 countries, related to innovative agrochemicals mixtures, new methods of use, weed resistance management. And several published papers in important journals, such as Weed Research, Plos One, Weed Science and Journal of Chemical Ecology.- Solid results with product development (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and nematicides), from discovery of new molecules (PhD works at USDA) passing by screenings until dose definition, regulatory process (Agriculture Ministry) and market positioning, whether new molecules or innovative mixtures and formulations of agrochemicals.- Technical trainings for internal team and external events (clients, conferences) with effective communication skills for different audiences.Lattes Curriculum: http://lattes.cnpq.br/8030044602827914 (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
