He graduated in Dentistry (2006) from the Faculty of Dentistry of Piracicaba - UNICAMP, where he also obtained master's degrees (2009) and doctor (2013) in Dental Clinic, Dental Prosthesis Area. He completed a Doctorate Internship Sandwich Abroad - PDSE (2011 to 2012) at the Institute of Oral Biology, University of Oslo (Norway). Researcher in the International Collaboration of Education and Research project between Norway (University of Oslo) and United States (University of Illinois at Chicago and Forsyth Institute). He has experience in Dentistry, with emphasis in Cariology, Dental Prosthesis and Implant Dentistry, acting mainly in the following subjects: cariogenic dental biofilm (bacterial composition and extracellular matrix), fermentable carbohydrates of human diet (contributing to the development of caries), fluoride products for the caries control (mainly dentifrices), surface treatments (modification of the surface of titanium to promote osseointegration and reduce bacterial adhesion and formation of biofilms), prosthesis cleaners to control candidoses (control of biofilms to reduce the population of Candida spp.) . e-mail: ricomini@unicamp.br (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
