Assistant Professor at Sao Paulo State University (UNESP), in the Department of Drugs and Medicines, in Brazil. Brazilian local coordinator of the Iberoamerican Pharmacometrics Network, alongside Prof. Teresa Dalla Costa. I am also currently affiliated to the International Society of Pharmacometrics and the Brazilian Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences. I have been training PharmD students, PhD students and post-doctoral research associates in precision dosing, clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacometrics. Currently I am part of the advisory board in the graduate programs of Toxicology (University of Sao Paulo) and Pharmaceutical Sciences (Sao Paulo State University). Research focus mainly in the following topics: clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, ADMET studies, pharmacogenomics, toxicology, physiologically-based pharmacokinetics (PBPk). Certified by Certara as a NCA Analyst using Phoenix WinNonlin versions 8.1 and 8.2. Technical responsibility for setting health-based exposure limits (HBEL/PDE), according to international criteria.
