She has a phD in Arts from São Paulo State University (UNESP), completed in 2004, and a master's degree in Arts, from the same institution, completed in 1999. She has a degree in Languages and Literature, completed in 1991, and in Psychology, completed in 2010, all by São Paulo State University (UNESP). She is Professor at the Department of Linguistic, Literary and Education Studies (DELLE) of School of Sciences, Humanities and Languages, Assis / UNESP and works at the Postgraduate Program in Letters and at the Professional Master in Letters (PROFLETRAS / CAPES) at same institution. On graduation, teaches the subjects of Methodologies of Teaching Language and Literatures of the Course of Letters; in the Graduate Program in Letters, teaches the subjects Language, Speech and Literary Education and Literacy and Teaching of Language and Literature, and in PROFLETRAS, teaches the discipline Text and Teaching. She develops research in the areas of Education and Applied Linguistics, acting mainly in the training of Portuguese teachers. She is part of the following Research Groups registered at CNPq: Teletandem: transculturality of online interactions via webcam and GEPLENP (Study and Research Group on Reading and Narrative of Teachers. She is supervisor and researcher of the Center for Languages and Teacher Development at UNESP Assis, in the scope of the CAPES / PRINT Program, coordinates the International Research Network, with the proposal of studies Culture and Literature in a Telecollaboration Context. In his Lattes Curriculum, the most frequent terms in the context of scientific and technological production are: Education, Teacher Training, Applied Linguistics, Teletandem, Language and Literature Teaching.
