Graduated in Chemical Engineering (EEL / USP, 2005), Master in Chemical Engineering (EEL / USP, 2008), PhD in Industrial Biotechnology (EEL / USP, 2012). Currently, she is Assistant Professor of the Department of Engineering of Bioprocesses and Biotechnology at the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at UNESP, Araraquara Campus, in MS 3.2 regime. Has in the area of #8203;#8203;Chemical Engineering, with emphasis on Biochemical Processes, acting mainly on the following topics: lipases, immobilization of enzymes, emulsifiers, enzymatic interesterification, milk fat, modification of vegetable oils, transformation of structured lipids and enzymatic reactors. Accredited teacher in the Graduate programs in Chemical Engineering, UNIFAL - Campus Poços de Caldas, where he teaches the discipline of Industrial Enzymes: Kinetics, Immobilization and enzymatic reactors. Accredited teacher in the Program of Biosciences and Biotechnologies Applied to Pharmacy, where he teaches the discipline of Enzymes in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Currently coordinates an International Cooperation agreement between the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and the University of Antioquia (UdeA, Colombia) and participates in an International Cooperation agreement between the Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and the Universitat Politécnica de Valencia (Spain).
