The Human T-Lymphotropic Virus Type 1 (HTLV-1)-Associated Myelopathy/Tropical Spastic Paraparesis (HAM/TSP) is clinically characterized by progressive lower extremity weakness, spasticity, and bladder/bowel sphincter dysfunction.
