Medical doctor graduated in the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) - SP, Brazil, in 2003. Medical especialization in radiology and diagnostic Imaging from 2004 to 2007, in UNICAMP, obtaining the Title of Specialist in Radiology by the Brazilian College of Radiology (CBR) in 2007. Fellow of magnetic resonance imaging (with enphasis in musculoskeletal imaging) with Dr. Donald Resnick, at University of California, San Diego (UCSD), California (USA) in 2008. Master degree in Experimental Research in UNICAMP (2008). PhD in neuroimaging by the Medical School of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP) in 2013, studying the application of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and advanced brain and cortical volumetry in multiple sclerosis. Research fellow in the Grenoble Institute de Neurosciences in 2012, where she studied the DTI approach in stroke and brain vascular diseases. Research fellow in neurorradiology and neurosciences in multiple sclerosis, working with Prof. Frederik Barkhof in the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VUMC). Currently, she is a medical assistant in FMUSP, developing a research project of brain connectivity in multiple sclerosis, with a research grant from FAPESP. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
