Graduate at Bacharelado em Filosofia from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2003), master's at Linguistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2004), ph.d. at Linguistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2009) and ph.d. at Linguistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2009). Currently, he is a Professor in the Area of Latin Language and Literature at the University of São Paulo, where he develops and guides research related to the study and translation of philosophical texts in Latin. He has experience in the field of Language and Literature, with an emphasis on Classical Literature, working mainly on the following subjects: Latin literature, Latin language, Hellenistic philosophy, Roman philosophy, texts of Cicero, Lucretius and Seneca.
