Elmer P. T. Cari receive the B.S.E.E. degree from São Agustin of Arequipa, Perú in 1999. He receives the M.S.E.E. (2005) degree from E.E.S.C.-University of São Paulo, Brasil and the PhD Ph. D. degree at the same university. He did a research stage (Postdoc short time Jan-Feb 2012 and in August 2012) in Institute of Electric Power System, Duisburg-Essen University, Duisburg, Germany. He is an current professor of Sao Paulo University/EESC. His research interest are parameter estimation in Electric Power System: synchronous generator, excitation system, speed governor, load models, wind model plants, photovoltaic power plants (parameter estimation and power forcasting). Nowadays, prof. Cari develop project of instalation of photovoltaic systems in Sao Paulo University, Sao Carlos campus. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
