Until 2015, Research Associate (Dept of Oncology); Affiliated Faculty (CCBI) at University of Cambridge; Honorary Research Associate at Cancer Research UK; and Research Associate at the University of Campinas (Faculty of Medical Sciences, Dept of Medical Genetics). BioConductor developer since 2004. Experienced researcher in Biostatistics, Computational Biology and Bioinformatics.
