Associate Professor MS5-3 at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo ( professor since 1996). Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of São Paulo (1991), Master's in Science (Cell and Tissue Biology) from the University of São Paulo (1997) and PhD in Science (Cell and Tissue Biology) from the University of São Paulo (2002). Currently head of the Department of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy at the Faculty of Medicine in the management 2021/2023. Vice-president of the Graduate Commission of the Faculty of Medicine in the 2013-2015 and 2015-2017 management. Author of the book Clinical and Functional Assessment Methods in Physiotherapy (2006) and Posture in Children: Theoretical and Practical Foundation (2019). Reviewer of national and international journals on Posture and Rehabilitation. She is a master's and doctoral advisor at the Graduate Program in Rehabilitation Sciences at the USP School of Medicine. FAPESP research grant funding. The group's main lines of research are physical therapy assessment in musculoskeletal disorders and postural assessment in children and adolescents.
