Graduated in Biological Sciences at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (1994-1998), has Master Degree in Pharmacology at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (1999-2000), PhD in Sciences (Nephrology) at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2001-2005), post-doctorate in Sciences (Nephrology) at Universidade Federal de São Paulo (2006-2010) and a fellowship at Harvard Medical School at matrix biology department (2011). She is the coordinator of the undergraduate course in biomedicine and professor of the Postgraduate Course of Interdisciplinary in Health Sciences of Cruzeiro do Sul University.
