Education: Full Professor in 2024, Post-Doctorate in 2014 at Politecnico di Milano; Full Professor in 2008; Doctorate in 1999 (FAU-USP). Architect and Urban Planner from FAU/PUC-Campinas 1985. At N.ELAC - IAU.USP, he developed research in partnership with the University of Porto-Portugal and more recently with the Politecnico di Milano. Visiting professor at Politecnico di Milano in the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (2022/2023 and 2024). Author of articles and essays on architecture and the question of design. The direct result of his thesis was the coordination of the first Portuguese translation of Andrea Palladio's 1570 treatise: Os Quatro Livros de Arquitetura de Andrea Palladio - São Paulo, Hucitec 2009 and the curation and organization of a special international room dedicated to Andrea Palladio's villas for the 7th São Paulo International Architecture Biennale. She has experience in the field of Design and History of Architecture and Urbanism, with an emphasis on the issue of means of representation and design methodologies, working mainly on the following subjects: architectural treatises; Andrea Palladio's architecture; design methodologies and architectural drawing.
