Graduated in Civil Engineering from the State University of Western Paraná (2000), Master in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from the University of São Paulo (2002) and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) from the University of São Paulo (2005 ). He is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Structural Engineering School of São Carlos / University of São Paulo. Has focused mainly on the themes: reinforced concrete structures, special concrete, reinforcement structures, vibro-acoustic phenomena in structures, structural monitoring, nondestructive testing and behavior of structural elements in metro-rail systems.
