Alessandra Fernandes Rosa holds a degree in Animal Science, with a Master's and Ph.D. from the University of São Paulo (USP), and over 20 years of experience in the science and technology of animal products. Her research focuses on meat quality, animal welfare, and sustainability. With experience in the private sector, she has developed collaborations with major meatpacking companies and animal nutrition firms, applying technological innovations to enhance production and food safety. She is a consultant specializing in the meatpacking industry and has extensive academic mentoring experience, along with active participation in international scientific events.
