Graduated Professor with Full Degree in Teaching of Art and Qualified in Fine Arts by IA/UNESP, in 1996 (Reg. Prof. MEC-LP 9611240). Former FAPESP scholarship holder in Doctorate, Master's and Scientific Initiation. Full advisor accredited in the Textile and Fashion Graduate Program at EACH/USP-Leste, since 2010, with 12 supervised masters and 2 in progress. Responsible for the discipline on criticism of the dominant notion in relation to sustainable development in art and design (created in 2010). Coordinated a university team in the Rondon Project of the Ministry of Defense, 2012 public notice - Operation Capim Santo (State of Tocantins-Municipality Palmeirante - Northern region of Brazil). Performs an Extension Program at the UATI-Open University of the Third Age Program at EACH/USP-Leste, on art, memory and solidarity. Member of the Human Rights Commission of EACH/USP. ex-Alternate Coordination of the Textile and Fashion Bachelor's Degree. ex-Representative in the Research Commission-EACH/USP-Leste. He is an Alternate Representative on the Textile and Fashion Bachelor's Course Committee (EACH/USP-Leste). Line of research: Social role of art and design in Brazilian culture. Coordinates the Study and Research Group (GEPARDS) on the Role and Responsibility of Art and Design. Topics of interest: teaching art, teaching design; teaching drawing and visual technologies; solidary cooperativism; popular culture; modern art, Japan.
