Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Instituto de Geociências (IGC)  (Institutional affiliation for the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Geology at the University of São Paulo (2002), PhD in Sciences (Geosciences - Mineralogy and Petrology) at the University of São Paulo (2008). He developed a post-doctorate research at the Department of Mineralogy and Geotectonics (GMG) of the Institute of Geosciences (IGc) of the University of São Paulo (2008-2010), focused on the study of cumulate rocks of alkaline tendencies. Since 2010 he is a professor at the Institute of Geosciences of USP. Developed research work abroad (post-doc internship) at the University of Alberta (CAN) with main focus on chemical analysis of trace elements and isotopes in perovskites of kimberlites (2018). He has experience in the areas of Petrology and Mineralogy, with an emphasis on the following themes: Magmatic Evolution, Cumulative Alkaline Trend Rocks, Kimberlites, Carbonatites, Lamprophic Alkaline, Mineral Chemistry, Whole-rock Geochemistry, Geochemical Modeling, Application of radiogenic isotopes in rocks and minerals . Magmatic events of the Meso-Cenozoic ages on the Brazilian platform and their geotectonic conditionings were addressed in his research projects (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
