Graduated in Biomedical Sciences from the Federal University of São Paulo (2000), master's degree in Oncology from Fundação Antônio Prudente (2002), doctorate in Computational Chemistry - University of South Florida (2009), and post-doctorate in Biophysics / Physiology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY, USA (2009-2011) and in Biophysics at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2013-2015). Main research interests: biomolecular computer simulations, molecular dynamics, enzyme reaction mechanisms, long dynamics for rare biological events, protein folding, optimization of drug candidate compounds, proteome analysis using computational proteomics and computational enhancement of antigenic peptides for vaccines based on T lymphocytes. Currently, also works on the application of machine learning techniques for visualization and data processing in the health area, mainly involved in the diagnosis, treatment and indication of ligand targets in the pharmaceutical area.
