Basic research on solid electrolytes, ionic-electronic mixed conductors, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of solids, sensors for gaseous species, solid oxide fuel cells, electric field-assisted synthesis/sintering, flash sintering; composite ceramic membranes for CO2 sequestration.
