Full Professor in Ergonomics, Health and Work at FCA Unicamp (2021), specialist in Ergonomics from the Production Engineering of the Polytechnic School of USP (2001), with PhD (2008) and Master Degree (2004) in Agricultural Engineering in Ergonomics from the State University of Campinas. She has experience in Ergonomics, mainly in Activity Ergonomics/AET (Ergonomic Analysis of Work); Health and Work; Laboratory of Change and Complexity Theory. She is Associate Professor I (MS 5.1) at the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Unicamp, where she has worked since 2009 in engineering, teaching the disciplines of Ergonomics, Health, Work, having also worked on the theme of sustainable management. Since 2018 she is the Undergraduate Coordination of FCA, which involves the activities of 6 undergraduate courses: Nutrition; Sports Sciences; Production Engineering; Manufacturing Engineering; Administration and Public Administration. In postgraduate studies, she is a full professor and vice-coordinator of the ICHSA - Interdisciplinary Master Course in Applied Human and Social Sciences at FCA-Unicamp, conducting research in the thematic of Ergonomics inserted in the research line Sustainability and Social Protection, as well as a collaborating professor of the Post-Graduation Program in Scientific and Technological Policy of the Institute of Geosciences at Unicamp, as well as one of the coordinators of the Agroecology Network of Unicamp, with the Terra program. She acts since 2010 as Coordinator of ErgoLab (Ergonomics, Health and Work Research Laboratory https://sites.google.com/view/ergolab) which is a space to develop interdisciplinary research aiming to study work in productive systems in its multiple dimensions. Thus, besides promoting health, safety and comfort for the people who work, it generates important knowledge for the quality and productivity of organizations. Some sectors have been the focus of ErgoLab's research, such as: agriculture; manufacturing of semi-jewelry; health; education; and energy transmission in the electrical sector. The professor is part of the group that created the Work Engineering Initiative (IET) and the International Territory, Work and Health Network (T2S). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
