Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1994), a master's degree in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (1997) and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo (2001). He is currently a professor at the University of Franca. Has experience in Pharmacy and Chemistry, with emphasis on Natural Products. Currently, his research is focused on phytochemistry, on the evaluation of various biological activities and on the development of formulations and analytical methodologies for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. He is currently Vice-coordinator of the Graduate Program in Science at the University of Franca (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
