received a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (1996), a master degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1999) and a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2006). In October 2007, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the São Carlos School of Engineering - University of São Paulo as an Assistant Professor. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the same institution. He has experience in Electrical Engineering, focusing on Electrical Systems of Power, acting on the following subjects: distributed generation, power system protection, power distribution systems.
