Adriano Carregaro had graduated in Veterinary Science from the FCAV-UNESP, Jaboticabal (1997). He got a Residency degree in Veterinary Anesthesiology from the FMVZ-UNESP, Botucatu (2000), Master in Veterinary Medicine from the FCAV-UNESP, Jaboticabal (2002), PhD in Experimental Anesthesiology from the FM-UNESP, Botucatu (2005), and "Livre-docente" degree in Veterinary Anesthesiology from the FZEA -USP, Pirassununga, 2012. He had finished a Postdoc Program at the University of Nottingham - United Kingdom (2018-2019) and had exchange trainees at the University of Kentucky-USA - Veterinary Pharmacology and Universidad Complutense de Madrid-Spain - Veterinary Anesthesiology as well. Currently, Carregaro is an Associate Professor at the University of São Paulo (USP), Pirassununga Campus and head of clinics (Veterinary Anesthesiology) as well. Carregaro is a permanent advisor in the Animal Biosciences Graduate Program (FZEA-USP). He got chairman positions including "Department of Small Animal Clinics" at the UFSM (2008-2009), "Substitute Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Veterinary Medicine at the UFSM (2008-2009)" and "Coordinator of the Animal Biosciences Graduate Program ate the FZEA-USP (2013-2017)". He was Vice-president of the Brazilian College of Veterinary Anaesthetists (2014 - 2016) and now, the actual President (2017 - 2018/2019 - 2020). He is the co-author of the book Anaesthesia and Analgesia in Equines, Ruminants and Swine - Luna SPL; Carregaro AB. Carregaro is also an associate editor of the Ciência Rural journal. Board Certified by the Brazilian College of Veterinary Anesthesia. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
