Scientific researcher at the LIMs (HC-FMUSP - 2009) and collaborating professor and post-graduate advisor at the Pathology Department of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo - FMUSP. Coordinator of the Cytogenomics and Molecular Pathology Laboratory, Deputy Head of LIM 03 HC FMUSP. He works in research and teaching in the areas of Medical Genetics, Cytogenomics, cytogenetic-molecular diagnosis, genome architecture: mapping and mechanisms of origin of genomic imbalances. Epigenomics associated with clinical phenotypes. Methylome mapping. Member of the Board of Directors of the Integrated Center for Genetic Diseases - CIGEN FMUSP, Member of the HC-FMUSP Innovation Committee. Member of the Committee for Analysis of Research Projects on COVID-19 at HCFMUSP. Member of the Brazilian Society of Genetics, American Society of Human Genetics, European Society of Human Genetics. CNPq consultant. Ad hoc reviewer for FAPESP and indexed international journals. Member of the International Breakpoint Mapping Consortium (IBMC) and Human Genome Variation in Health and Disease.
