Main research interest: Few-body quantum systems, Atomic Condensates, Nuclear reactions and scattering, QCD Models. Chairman of the "18th International IUPAP Conference on Few-Body Problem in Physics (FB18)" (Santos, São Paulo) from 21 to 26 of August, 2006. Designated by Elsevier, was one of the organizers of the vol.790 of Nuclear Physics A. From January 2010, member of the editorial board of the periodic Few-Body Systems (Springer).
