É bacharel em Física pelo Instituto de Física da Universidade de São Paulo (2005), mestre em Astronomia pelo Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas da USP (2008) e doutor em Astronomia pelo Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas da USP (2013). Atualmente, é professor adjunto II na Universidade Federal da Fronteira Sul, campus Cerro Largo e bolsista de produtividade em pesquisa do CNPq - Nível 2. Tem experiência na área de Astronomia, com ênfase em Núcleos Ativos de Galáxias de Baixa Luminosidade utilizando dados de espectroscopia de campo integral. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)

Active galatic nuclei (AGN) are compact objects located at the center of normal galaxies.
