Chemical Engineer graduated from Faculdade de Engenharia Química de Lorena (1999) and PhD in Biotechnology from the same institution (2005). The work has been in field of biotechnology, focusing on Biochemical Processes and acting on the following subjects: bioreactors, biorefineries, lignocellulosic biomass, sugarcane bagasse, biopolymers, biopigments, ethanol, biodiesel, process simulation, enzymes and immobilized cells.
