Associate Professor at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Department of History, Faculty of Sciences and Letters of Assis, since 2001. Professional experience in the areas of Humanities and public policies on citizenship, culture, education, environment, organization and social participation. Institutional action focused on technical cooperation, sustainability, social and cultural innovation in the Chamber of Deputies, Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO / UN), Institute of Technical Support to Third World Countries, University of Brasilia, Study Center and Municipal Administration Research / CEPAM of the São Paulo State Secretariat for Planning and Regional Development, city halls, state and municipal secretariats, municipal councils, public and private law foundations, non-governmental organizations, Pastoral Land Commission and Escola Nacional Florestan Fernandes. He has developed international experience in research and teaching in collaboration with universities, cultural institutions, work groups, thematic and professional meetings from countries in Latin America, Canada, China, Spain, Israel and Portugal. He is a Lecturer in Environmental History at Universidade Estadual Paulista (2010), Doctor in Social History (1999) and Graduated in History (1988) at Universidade de São Paulo. Post-doctorate at the Paulista Museum of the University of São Paulo (2006). He was Supervisor of the Center for Documentation and Research Support / Cedap (2019-2020), Head of the Department of History (2015-2019) and Vice-Coordinator of the History and Society Graduate Program (2004-2007).
