Director of the São Paulo Registry of Cardiovascular Surgery (REPLICCAR) and CSQI, a project of large-scale quality initiatives for cadiac surgery. Reviewer of the Brazilian Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery and European Heart Journal. Assistant Surgeon of the Coronary Diseases Surgical Unit and Coordinator of the Quality and Safety Surgical Unit at InCor/HCFMUSP. He has experience in the field of Surgery, with an emphasis on cardiovascular surgery, focusing on reducing perioperative risks, optimizing hospital processes and organizing teams in an efficient, safe and patient-centered way.
