Graduated in Medicine at University of São Paulo School of Medicina (2002), Residency in Pathology completed in 2006 and PhD in Pathology in 2010, all atUniversity of São Paulo School of Medicine. Visiting Researcher at Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School between 2015 and 2017. He is currently a Professor at the Department of Pathology (since 2011) developing teaching, research and extension activities at the USP School of Medicine, Director of the Sao Paulo Autopsy Service - SVOC-USP, Coordinator of the MD Program at FOB-USP in Bauru and Vice-Coordinator of MD Program at USP School of Medicine.
