Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Biological Sciences from UNESP/Assis (2012), with fellowship from FAPESP in research on controlled release of Casearia sylvestris extract by the latex membrane. Exchange at the University of Coimbra (Portugal), where he studied Tissue Engineering (2011). Master's degree in Biotechnology from the Institute of Chemistry of UNESP/Araraquara (2015), fellowship from CAPES, where studied about the modification of porosity in latex membranes, adhesion and differentiation of osteoblasts, for bone regeneration. PhD in Biotechnology from the Institute of Chemistry of UNESP/Araraquara (2019), fellowship from CNPq, where studied latex modification by alginate to improve its degradation, focusing on in vitro and in vivo studies of bone regeneration. With experience in various biomaterials, nanomaterials and plant extracts; characterization techniques (EPR, DLS-zeta potential, SEM-EDS, UV-Vis / FTIR / fluorescence spectroscopy, mechanical resistance, hyperthermia, DSC and TG thermal analysis, water vapor permeability, among others). Experience in in vitro toxicity testing according to ISO 10993 for hemolysis and cytotoxicity, cell migration and skin permeation (OECD 428) in MCTIC-funded courses. Experience in dermal and bone regeneration in vivo. Works in the area of biomaterials and in vitro and in vivo analysis. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
