He works on the following research topics: (i) Synthesis, processing and characterization of physical properties of multiferroic, piezoelectric, ferroelectric and photovoltaic ceramics; (ii) Development of piezoelectric ceramics and single crystals for sensors, actuators and ultrasonic transducers for biomedical applications and; (iii) Growth and characterization of energy-harvest multiferroic single crystals produced by the vertical Bridgman-Stockbarger method.
