Postdoctoral in the Parasitology department of the Biosciences Institute of Unesp/Botucatu, where develops a project related to the study of the systematics, distribution and biodiversity of myxozoans on the Pardo River, with funding from FAPESP. PhD in Zoology by the Biosciences Institute - Unesp/Botucatu. Master in Zoology by the Institute of Biosciences - Unesp/Botucatu. Graduated in Biological Sciences at the Institute of Biosciences - Unesp/Botucatu. Completed part of his master's degree at Oregon State University in the United States and part of his doctorate at the University of Porto in Portugal. Has experience in the field of fish parasitology, with an emphasis on morphological and molecular analysis of myxozoans.
