Graduated in VETERINARY MEDICINE at Anhanguera University Centre (2009), where completed the course in 1st place, getting the best performance. She is registered with the Regional Council of Medicine State Veterinary São Paulo (CRMV/SP 26512) and Master and Doctorate's degree in FOOD ENGINEERING (concentration area: Sciences) from the University of São Paulo-USP (2015), with sandwich period 11 months Tecnolóxico Meat Centre (CTC), Spain (2014), acting as fellow of the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) for the period from 03/2012 to 04/2015. Post-Doctoral Research in Food Science and Technology of the Federal University of Paraiba Technology Center (UFPB), by the National Program Postdoctoral/CAPES (PNPD) developing academic activities in teaching and research and was collaborator professor in Food Analysis I, discipline of Food Engineering course (UFPB). Specialist in Higher Education Didactics and Methodology (2009), taught courses on Technology of Products of Animal Origin; Inspection of Products of Animal Origin and Completion of Course Work Development; and carried out monitoring in the disciplines of Food Biochemistry; Industrial Hygiene and Legislation; Food Sensory Analysis; Poultry and egg technology; Packaging technology; Meat and meat technology. She is a reviewer for the journals Meat Science, Journal of Food Science and Technology, African Journal of Microbiology Research, Packaging Technology and Science, Annals of Animal Science, Journal of Integrative Agriculture, Revista Acadêmica: Ciência Animal and Plant Foods for Human Nutrition; American Journal of Animal and Veterinary Sciences; Brazilian Journal of Animal Science. He is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Food and Nutritional Disorders (SMJFND) - SM Journal of Case Reports (ISSN: 2473-0688) and EC Nutrition Journal. Has experience in Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Meat and Meat Products, working mainly on the following subjects: sheep meat (lamb/sheep); stability; quality; modified atmosphere; healthier meat products; use of less noble cuts; bioactive compounds; antioxidant capacity; applications of natural antioxidants; physicochemical, microbiological, sensory and chromatographic analysis of food and food raw materials. Worked as Laboratory Supervisor at TECNAL Ind. and with. Imp. Exp. Equip. lab LT, located in Piracicaba-SP, responsible for Quality Control and Applications and currently is Research and Development Specialist at BRF S.A., where he performs the following functions: development of formulation/process improvements and new products/processes in the fresh, seasoned/commemorative and restructured raw categories, mainly hamburgers; development and application of new raw materials and ingredients for changing products or new products; elaboration of costs; tests in Pilot Plant and factory; monitoring of production processes and participation in start up of production lines; elaboration of product and ingredient specifications; product/process feasibility studies; participation in meetings for critical analysis of new products and new projects; delineation of a schedule for the execution of projects; participation in sensory evaluation of products together with the areas involved; participation in ingredients/raw materials standard/Knowledge Management committee and is member of a project on Cultured Meat in partnership with Israeli Startup Aleph Farms.
