Nutritionist graduated from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (2000). Specialist in Clinical Nutrition from GANEP (2001), Master (2005) and Doctor (2009) in Public Health from the University of São Paulo. She held a postdoctoral degree (2009-2013) at the Bone Frailty Outpatient Clinic of the Clinical Endocrinology Department of the EPM / UNIFESP Department of Medicine, and at the Nutrition Department of the USP School of Public Health (2014-2016). She is currently a member of the American Society for Nutrition (ASN). Member of the Scientific Committee of the Latin American Alliance for Responsible Nutrition (ALANUR). Coordinator of the Task Force on Functional Foods, Nutrients and Food Supplements at the International Life Science Institute - Brazil. Executive President of the International Life Science Institute - Brazil. Senior Nutrition Specialist for Latin America at IFF, providing scientific support for functional ingredients. Scientific reviewer for Clinical Nutrition, Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism, Journal of Nutrition, Nutrition Research, among others.
